placing an order
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to place or discuss an order. In order to quote we woud need the finished lower floor to finished upper floor measurements (N.B. not lower floor to ceiling!) together with the required diameter and any other specifications (type of wood required etc.).
Since each staircase is unique - tailor-made to each individual situation - accurate measurements are important. Certain components need to be machined to within a tolerance of 0.5mm in order to ensure that the finished height is correct and to give a uniform rise on each tread.
A 50% deposit on each order is required, with the balance due on collection or prior to delivery. This also applies to the charge for fitting, where this has been requested.
