All our staircases comply with the Building Regulations 1985 Stairways - Approved Document Part K BS 5395 Part 2 Code of Practice for the Design of Helical and Spiral Stairs.

Although every attempt is made by Ascent Spirals to assist customers or their architect in their dealings with the local building control department, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer or the architect to see that the Building Control Office is satisfied with the specifications and design of the stair. Ascent Spirals cannot accept responsibility for expenses incurred as a result of changes in the specifications or design after the manufacture has begun.
Ascent Spirals has a policy of continuous product development and improvement and reserve the right to make changes to its product range without notice.
